I completed my Honours degree in BHSc (Hon) Biokinetics at the University of Witwatersrand. I am a dedicated and hardworking individual, passionate about helping others develop and maintain healthy lifestyles through active programs. I take pleasure in working with individuals at all levels of experience and am enthusiastic about creating innovative and engaging exercise routines. My primary interest lies in orthopedic rehabilitation, with a particular focus on knee rehabilitation. I have gained valuable experience working at renowned institutions and events, including the High-Performance Centre in Pretoria, the 2017 and 2018 Arnold Classic Africa, the National Princess Hockey Clinic, and the April Schools’ Hockey Clinic at the University of Pretoria
