I am still waiting on my referral letter after more than two weeks from my appointment, I requested a statement of my account for the consultation, and I was assured it was emailed to me, but I haven't received any emails regarding my referral or statement after enquiring numerous times about it. My appointment was for 12 o'clock and I waited an hour to be seen. I was helped at 13:05. I think they need to work on that. What is the use of making an appointment if you don't get helped at your booking time.

I actually saw Dr Tia and she and Dr Pedro are both 5 star. I was sitting for almost an hour, because people had Bern slipped in - I had used the booking app the day before. I don't blame Dr Tia.

Best doctor by far!! Only problem is the waiting. You sit no less than 45min before being seen by doctor, they should maybe extend their appointment intervals to 20/30min instead of 15min as to reduce the waiting time.

Appointment time 09h30. Called in by doctor at 10h20. Not cool. This is not new, it's always like this, that's why I've even been going to a different practice for a while.

I had a 3:30 appt and was in by 3:40.he was very informative and printed some exercises for me.

Was my 1st time visiting and the only problem I had is that the R50 admin fee was not mentioned beforehand.

Unfortunately we didn't see Dr Pedro instead got a locom Dr gledenhuys what a horrible visit to the Dr she didn't even listen to what was said she recommended a covid test, test was done meds was given and sick note? She was very unprofessional and very rushed like we taking up her time we must just get out? That's the impression she gave us!

The female Dr. that attended to me is very professional and very patient, she is just the best. I will bring my whole family over there just because of her attitude and care, I would also want to appreciate a warm welcome from one of the receptionists. Dr Gio is extremely patient and thorough, not like other doctors that just ask you for your symptoms then there you get a medical certificate. She is helpful and I like that there is no 10-15 min rush like there was before, no offense.

The locum was good. Dr Pedro is also very good, but because of your front office staff, I will highly recommend that no one attends that practice.

The experience was pleasant , doctor is thorough but the only downside is the appointment times… it’s rare that you are seen on time because someone’s appointment may be overlapping into yours or yours into theirs. They should no estimate appointments for 15 minutes.
