Booked an appointment using recomed on Sunday and received a message from recomed confirming the date and venue and time. When I got to the surgery the practice was closed and locked,and the doctor was not answering her phone I was very ill,invested in paying an Uber to take me to the practice,only to sit outside a closed practice and no answer from the doctor contact number but recomed showed the appointment as available and confirmed it through a message I received !!! Feeling ill and being let down is the worst thing you can do to a sick human especially on a Sunday disappointing and pathetic
